msn.co.uk vs.bbc.co.uk

Hi,today I compared two websites,such as msn.co.uk and bbc.co.uk.

My second picture is original from bbc site,and the first picture is customised by myself,moved up the weather .

The bbc is more like for public serve ,and the msn is more like about to entertain.

msn.co.uk:

news&sports,entertainment,money matters,car (news,reviews...),video,life&style(such as horoscopes),tech&gadgets,games,shopping,windows live(messenger),extras(multimap , podcasts...);

bbc.co.uk:

archive,arts&culture,business&money,children,entertainment,food,gardening,health,history,learnin g(languages,schools...),music(style,genre..),nations(local news)news,radio(bbc iplayer),religions&ethics,science&nature,sport,teens,TT(bbc iplayer,programmes...),weather;
